Erna Cameron

DIRECTOR, FINANCE AND OPERATIONS

Erna Cameron is an experienced senior executive with deep expertise in finance, governance, risk, and corporate services across the not-for-profit, membership and commercial sectors. She has held executive leadership roles spanning financial management, company secretariat, compliance, strategy, people and culture, information technology, and operational improvement.

Most recently, she served as Director of Corporate Services for a national peak membership body, following a long period in senior executive roles within a purpose-driven organisation undergoing growth and transformation. Erna has led major strategic projects, governance reform, tenders, business case development and operational improvement initiatives.

A Chartered Accountant and Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, she is known for her strong commercial acumen, thoughtful leadership style, and ability to combine strategic insight with practical delivery.
