This informative conference has grown over the last 7 years to encompass societal behaviour conversations to promote positive  change in harmful situations.  This annual conference provides an opportunity to be involved in multidisciplinary and cross-level dialogues through oral presentations, panels, workshops and networking to discuss solutions. The educational program provides discussion on current learnings and new advances with like minded professionals in advocating change toward harmful behaviour.  Focus on the areas of  bullying, harassment and discriminative behaviour is the heart of the conference and the impact of these behaviours in the workplace, community and schools.  We invite you to be part of this important conference.
